Where is my Order ID?
Your ID (format PSD-YYYYMMDD-NNNN) is shown on screen the moment you submit the form, and is emailed to you straight away.
How often does it update?
Status moves through nine stages, from Order Received to Completed. We update it as your parts progress on the floor.
Need a human?
Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we'll send photos of your parts and a precise ETA.
